Great Gel Pens for Everyday Use
I always love the feel and flow of gel pens compared to your typical ball point pens. These have that same classic gel pen flow and feel. I really like that each pen has it's own little nubbin to make sure the gel doesn't leak or dry out so even if you're not going to use the pens for a while they'll be ready to go. What threw me off for a bit was this pack contains both blue and black ink pens. I assumed it would have been based on the colour of the pen, but it's actually the small metal ring above the grip. The silver ring is for blank ink where as the blue is obviously for blue.

    These are great every-day pens for writing whatever you might need. I love Sharpie for markers of course, but I was really excited to try their medium point gel pens as I love finding new pens that write well (I do a lot of writing by hand). These did not disappoint.

    The package comes with four pens in each exterior colour (black, white, silver). Two of each colour are black, and two are blue. The pen ink is only black or blue, and the ink colour is indicated by the little metal detailing above the finger grip on the pen itself. If silver, it's a black pen. If blue, well, it's a blue pen.

    They do not have caps, but have button triggers, and the button presses down and clicks nicely. The little side clip on the pen works fine, and the finger grip area is comfortable and does indeed have good grip. The ink tip comes covered with a little piece of plastic to keep the ink fresh until you want to start using it (you just flick it off with a fingernail to "open" it). The ink flows out smoothly, evenly, and with good opacity. They feel really silky as you write, and the ink didn't bleed or cause any smudging or mess.

    Definitely recommend these for a smooth experience.

    These are decent quality pens. I would say weight-wise they are on the lighter side making them feel like disposable pens. I thought they would be a little more substantial, even though they are disposables, because they look quite good when viewed through the packaging. If you like pens that are more weighted these are probably not for you. I normally like gel pens as they write very smoothly. These Sharpie ones are not as smooth as I was expecting but pretty good nonetheless. The ink comes out well but they will take a second or two to dry. If you are not careful the ink will smudge. These may not be ideal for lefties because of this. A few other features I do like. There is no cap to lose. You just click the top to retract or to pop the ink tip out. There is also a textured grip for your fingers to hold, which does make it feel better to write with. Lastly, I like that there is a clip so you can attach the pen to your notebook or a pocket.

    Overall, this is a pretty good set. I like you get 3 different style of pens (i.e. black, white and blue exterior colors) and two different ink colors (blue and black). This let's you mix it up a bit when using or if you want to color code what you use the pens for. With 12 in the pack you get plenty to keep around, which should last quite a while depending on your usage. Losing one will also not break the bank. This would have been 5-stars item but I thought these pens just didn't write as smoothly as gel pens typically do, or at least disposable ones that I have used in the past.     The Sharpie 12 pack S-Gel 0.7mm pens is a set of quality gel pens that is to be expected of the Sharpie name. They write smoothly and the ink dries quickly. The pens come in 3 different outer colors (black, white, and blue) and each pen has a ring to indicate the ink color; silver for black, blue for blue. They feel good in the hand and the click retraction mechanism is good. I also like that they come with a little wax nub over the end so they don't dry out before you're ready to use them. Quality school supplies

    These gel pens look as pictured, and write smoothly without smudging. They dry considerably faster than other gel pens I have used, and the black and blue ink is deep and vibrant. The clicking mechanism works well, and the rubber grip makes writing more comfortable, especially if you have the (bad) habit of pressing too hard on your pens. The tips come with a wax ball to prevent them from drying out before initial use, which is neat. I really like the sleek design, and how lightweight they are. Overall, I am pleased with the quality!

    I find these pens to write quite well. They are smooth and the ink flows well. I really like them, though they are pricey. The ink is a bit thickee then my normal pens but overall Id prefer these to other pens. I havent noticed any smudging. They are comfortable to hold and write with.
