4.0 out of 5 stars Game-Changer for Consistent Sharpening—Solid Build & Easy Adjustments!
I’ve been using the Sebupar Knife Sharpening Angle Guide with my 1×30 belt sander, and it’s made a huge difference in the consistency and precision of my edge work. The adjustable angle range from 10° to 45° gives me full control whether I’m working on kitchen knives, outdoor blades, or specialty tools.
Setup was straightforward, and the guide locks securely in place without wobble. The edge-leading design helps maintain a clean, controlled grind, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my bevel symmetry since switching to this guide.
The build quality is solid—durable materials that feel like they’ll hold up over time, even with frequent use. It’s especially helpful for beginners who struggle with maintaining a consistent angle freehand, but even experienced sharpeners will appreciate the precision.
If you’re serious about sharpening and want to upgrade your belt sander setup, this guide is a must-have. Great value, excellent adjustability, and reliable performance.

5.0 out of 5 stars Precision Angle Guide That Streamlines Belt-Sander Sharpening
This adjustable angle guide makes sharpening knives on a belt sander straightforward and reliable. With settings from 10° to 45°, it’s adaptable for various blades, and the build quality feels sturdy and well-made. By keeping your knives at a consistent angle, it saves time and improves precision. It fits well on standard 1×30 belt sanders and adds tremendous value to any sharpening setup. A simple, durable tool that delivers great results that cures me of my inability to maintain any desirable angle by hand.

4.0 out of 5 stars Rugged steel angle jig for knife making/sharpening
I got this to use on my small Grizzly combination sander. This device slips over the platen behind the sanding belt. It is held in place by an angled metal flat spring that keeps the device tight against the platen. It can be removed by simply pulling it up. It took me a while to figure out how this could work as initially the belt wouldn't turn with this installed.
I realized I would need to adjust the position of the platen using the set screws at it's base. The second problem was you need to push it all the way downward until it reaches the top of the platen. Once installed it seems to work very well for sanding an angle, as for a knife. Keep in mind the maximum wide for the item you are sanding is 2.75 inches for a 10 degree angle, and 2.5 inches for a 45 degree angle (on my Grizzly sander). It seems sturdy once in place and is very rugged steel. You can leave it on the platen and remove the thumb nuts and the angle piece and use it as if it wasn't there. I expect this will last for a very long time as there is little to wear out.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works reasonably well
There are two different guides available. One for blade edge facing upwards and one for blade edge facing down during grinding. This review is for blade edge up, but plusses and minuses for both are about the same. First, they are pretty solid once attached properly. Instructions however, leave out that both require setting the guide against the belt backing plate and then sliding it down into the angled clip till it sets. This is easiest done with the belt off. Next, the angle markings are more or less guidelines. I found using a digital inclinometer best to read angle and set more accurately. These are relatively inexpensive and are available fron 鶹 and others. In the accompanying photos I show the guide set to 30 degrees while the actual reading is closer to 32 degrees. That's not too far off for a guide in the $15-20 range. Solid four star.

4.0 out of 5 stars knife sharpener angle adjuster
Good adjustment and locking mechanism but no instructions the explain how it is supposed to hook up. Should make knife sharpening easy to do with a 1x30 belt sander. Seems to work well with harbor freight 1x30 sander.
