Build quality is Top notch.
This vacuum has a great build quality. Each click is designed well. Great maneuvers and swivel helps a lot. Very low noise but still powerful compared to the competitors. The price i got it for is a value for money deal for me. I do recommend product for its build quality and performance. Definitely worth it.

    Wow! I can’t believe I waited this long to get a good vacuum like this. I was shocked to see how much hair was on my carpet still after vacuuming with a cordless one. Upon doing some research I came across this one. I love the customizable suction levels, changing from carpet to hard floor, and how easy it is to detach and move things around. If I look closely at my carpet now there is literally 0 hair on it! XL dust bin is awesome too

    I’ve had this vacuum a month now and wanted to wait to write the review until I really tried it.

    I am liking it. I use it about 3 times a week & I have a hairy dog + 2 kids that leave crumbs everywhere..
    PROS: maneuvers pretty well, self cleaning brush head, not too heavy, easy to pull out the handheld stick when needed, really good suction, picks up crumbs/hair great on carpets & picks up crumbs/hair pretty good on hard floors, like the minimalist look of it, and it’s very easy to empty the canister, haven’t had any clogs, and detects and stops the main power when I’ve run over something too large (socks, etc).

    CONS: wish the cord was a little longer (it is about a standard size, I just have a larger main floor)

    I would give this vacuum a 8.5-9/10. (9 out of 10 for carpets).
    I recommend it & I’ve tried about 5 other vacuums in the last few years. This one is the best yet.

    Love this vacuum! Works so well on pet hair and my long hair, No tangles in the rollers yet. Love that it does just as well on hardwood floors as it does with carpet and the extendable wand is perfect for those hard to reach places and cobwebs.

    we are coming from an Old Dyson DC31 Animal, which is just worn out. Here we go:

    Pros
    GREAT suction - better than or on par with Dyson when new. Great on pet hair ( English Lab)
    It is really light ( see cons)
    The Zero M power head works and really deep cleans carpets
    Build quality is good, lighter than Dyson but good
    supplied tools are good
    cord storage is good ( see cons)
    for the performance overall , the price point is great!

    Cons
    If you use the wand- it the main vacuum falls over and comes down hard … ALL THE TIME. This is because of 4 things: hose is fairly stiff ( might improve) , the very light overall weight, high hose attachment point makes it top heavy and - the biggest issue - the footprint on the ground is really small - like 50% of our Dyson. Unless u pull the vacuum by the hose in the direction of the wheels every time exactly it'll fall over and smash down hard - and not on full hose extension you can be only 4 feet away and it'll tip over. :O(. I feel this is going to crack the main canister it pretty quickly and it hits the ground

    Power cord is short - feels a bit like a "price pointing" measure - it's a good 6-8 feet short than our Dyson. lots more plugging and unplugging

    Overall - solid B - hose is a BIG letdown if you need to use it a lot. suction is great and price is too .

    So far this is the best vacuum for pets I have ever used. It’s not light or for the faint of heart, very heavy and loud but man does it get everything along the way. We have 3 cats and 2 long haired shedding crazy dogs and this had no problem getting all the litter and clumps of hair in the carpet and on ceramic and vinyl. I just hope it lasts.

    I never realized how dirty my carpet was until I got and used this Shark Navigator vacuum.

    This vacuum is powerful and easy to use. It is so lightweight that it can be taken everywhere to reach all areas of my home.

    The attachments are very useful and the extention wand makes it so easy to reach high places.

    This vacuum holds alot and is easy to open to dispose the contents.

    Worth every penny because I no longer have to worry about my long hair getting trapped in the brush roll. The Self-Cleaning design is wonderful.

    I DID buy another one before the first one broke. They seemed to work amazing, but then the same thing happened to them both a little time apart. They started making a whining sound for a bit and then overheated or something like that and just died mid-use. We do vacuum 3 or more times a week but had one for upstairs and one for downstairs. If you only vacuum once a week and these vacuums tend to have this issue it could last you more like 6 or more years, but this is not worth the price for one that lasted a couple years and another less than a year.

    Easy to use, easy to clean and NO replacing filters. I was surprised it actually picks up and doesn’t spit back out the super fine dust. The built in, non-paper filter works amazingly. The hose attachment makes sure you can get the hard to reach places with good suction power, while remaining an easy, lightweight vacuum to zip around anything. My kids think it’s great so that’s an added bonus because that means they use it 😃
    I’d buy this again if I need another vacuum.
