    So much easier to wash floors it moves on its own. Previous steamer mop had to be pushed along the floor - no fun.

    No effort required - steam mop washes the floors and you don’t feel tired and exhausted afterwords. Very happy with the product.

    Yes you have to pay attention to the cord so it does not get caught by the spinning mop - as long as you pay attention it’s fine.

    Its very heavy so I wondered if it would be easy to use. Once the pads start turning it takes little effort to guide it where you need it. It was great at getting stuck on spots on the floor and for hard spots I just let it sit on the spot and it would be clean in no time. I'm a senior so the whole bucket and mop thing is just too hard on me, but this works like a charm. I'm very pleased with it.
