Oh que j'aurais aimé l'avoir dès que mes enfants étaient bébé. Ça fait le balai, la moppe et lela désinfection en un seul passage, sans aucun produit chimique. Ça révolutionne ma cuisine, aucune excuse maintenant, c'est si simple à utiliser que mon plancher est toujours propre. Même mon 4 ans passe la moppe! Je l'ai testé avec un plancher sale de 1 semaine et en 5 minutes il était impeccable. Ça nettoie et aspire les papiers collés, les taches collées, les dégâts de lait, tout! Ensuite pour le nettoyage c'est très facile à démonter. Je vide les débris à la poubelle, je rinse au robinet. Je remplis le réservoir avec l'eau du robinet. Pour les côtés de mur il faut placer l'appareil face au mur et attendre quelques secondes. C'est efficace aussi pour le carrelage de la salle de bain. J'aurais aimé savoir que cet appareil existe avant! Très bonne qualité, très efficace. Une amélioration serait de le rendre plus efficace dans les coins, parfois il faut dégager de bords de mur avec le balai. Il se range bien debout sur son pied et ne prend pas de place. Le réservoir d'eau prend un peu de force à sortir. Le réservoir contient assez d'eau pour faire un étage à moyenne vapeur. De toutes façons l'eau se chauffe en quelques secondes. Quand le réservoir est vide je vous conseille de vider les débris et l'eau souillée avant de rajouter de l'eau. Si il reste des débris le couvercle des débris peut ne pas s'enclencher, il suffit de les retirer.

    This is currently my favorite cleaning tool. Easy to clean and operate. My floors are muddy from spring weather and even though this isn't a vacuum cleaner per se, it does pick up small debris and dirt/mud/sand well enough and then rinses easily by taking 3 parts off individually, which are simple to remove, clean and replace. The water reservoir does take some tugging to remove as others have mentioned but it doesn't leak and holds a decent amount. I have a large tile floor and it takes 2-3 fills if I do the whole thing at once but it's not a problem. I hope it lasts a long time!

    Works okay but getting any replacement parts is not possible and very frustrating so if your child likes to play with it and hides the cap or water tank you are screwed and cannot replace it unless you buy a whole new unit which is ridiculous or go to the states.

    I’m a vacuum/floor cleaning nut, which means I tend to pay a little more attention to these things than I probably should.
    Also, this (I think) technically the 4th steamer I’ve owned, and likely the best one so far. Which brings me to my first point:
    1. this will not replace your vacuum cleaner. It’s a great steamer to help sanitize your floors, and remove sticky messes. It also picks up small debris. This is where this product excels beyond most steamers. Rather than push dirt and grime, it has a powered roller that picks it up. Just be aware that it does not have any suction.
    2. As a steamer, it offers more and more consistent amounts of steam than any other product I’ve previously used. Unfortunately this means that it does leave quite a bit of moisture on the floors. Nothing to worry about, its just that you’ll want to allow 5-10 minutes for floors to dry (this can be hard if you have small kids or a big family).
    3. Size is phenomenal. It’s smaller and lighter than I expected which means it’s easy to maneuver. The long cord is a plus too. The water tank is a decent size, but definitely will need to be refilled a few times if you plan on doing the whole house in one sweep. Also, removal of the water tank feels a bit awkward; it makes a snapping noise as if something is breaking off. I feel as though it’s missing a release button or something? Just hope it doesn't break or crack with frequent use.

    The Verdict: I think this is an important step in the right direction. It’s significantly better (and less expensive) than the Hydro Vac which I feel is junk.
    If you pair this with a good (Shark Vacuum), you’ll probably have enough to keep your floors (and weird obsessions) in great shape.

    Returned - Small mop width so takes a long time to do a large area. Water tank is also small so have to refill often. Only sucks up a small amount of water, does not have a full tank for dirty water. Brushroll gets dirty fast, was leaving streaks before I finished. Also the panel you take off to clean the brushroll area would not click back on properly and would stop and flash an error light, I tried many times to get it to click in properly and it would not align. The vacuum component did an alright job.
