    This is Book #5. Usually, by now, the tale is rather worn, one crisis after another. But the conflicts and drama of this saga feel real. I really enjoy how Ms. Taylor blends history, scenery, dialog, and small bits of trivia all together. I'll keep reading all 9 books in this series
