Despite my machine being a 4432 as was specified in the ad for this item, the extension does not fit because my machine was made in China, I guess!! this additional information may have prevented me ordering this expensive bit of plastic.
The two knobs were not pictured on the ad, and they prevent the extension from fitting onto my machine.
Returning it.
