Worst kind out there. Leaves water marks on everything in the dishwasher no matter how I use. Doesn't clean dish very well. Leaves soap, grease on dish after cleaning so I need to rinse the dish before I use them every time. So annoying.

    There was a time when this was the hands-down best, clear and free dishwasher powder on the market. The dishes came out spotless; the glasses clear and shiny; even the dirtiest pots came out clean and sparkling and all this with no odor. (Is there any thing more disgusting than sitting down to a good meal and smelling the perfumes from your dishwashing detergent on your plate?) Unfortunately, the quality of this product has plummeted. The current formulation leaves spots on everything and a film on glasses. Pots often have to be scribbled by hand afterwards to get rid of what the detergent couldn’t deal with. It is sad to see such a once excellent product become mediocre at best.

    First, let me be clear that I really like Seventh Generation Dishwashing Powder. It works well and I've been using it a while. I highly recommend it.

    What I don't recommend is buying it through this seller, which is not "Seventh Generation," as the description would lead you to believe - it's Sam's Club. I disagree with WalMart policies and business practices, so I never knowingly shop there or at Sam's. I was disappointed when the shipping receipt indicated it was from Sam's.

    Even worse, the box leaked all over the place! There was powder coming out from the outside shipping box and got everywhere - all over my floor, counter, etc. When I opened it, I discovered the glue had failed on both boxes of SG Dish Powder - one one, it was just the top seam, on the other, it was both the top AND bottom seams that had come apart. Worse still was the fact that they were placed together into a plastic bag which caught several loads worth of powder, but made me realize they were leaking like this when packaged for shipping! Someone knowingly put two opened, leaking boxes of DW powder in a bag and sent them on their way. The bag itself wasn't leaking, so the powder in the outside shipping box came from before they were placed in the bag.

    I taped up the boxes and will still use them, though I'm sure I'm not getting the number of loads I should out of them. But rest assured, I'm definitely NOT buying this powder again via 鶹, unless I can be sure it's not Sam's Club shipping it.

    I have tried expensive toxic detergents and they do not even work. On top of that they smell horrible and leave a chemical taste on the dishes. This stuff is amazing. I don’t need a rinse aide, and it works better than any other dishwasher detergent I have ever tried. Plus, it doesn’t smell like anything and doesn’t leave a smell or taste on the dishes. When I run out of this I just hand wash all my dishes because I end up re-washing half of them anyway when I have to use anything else.
