    My daughter absolutely loves this movie! She's an Elmo fanatic, so I highly reccomend this for any other Elmophile out there. I myself enjoyed watching it, especially because of Oliver Platt's performance as the Fairy Godperson, and, of course, Grover, who basically steals the whole show. If you enjoy a good Sesame Street movie, you'll definately enjoy this one. It has alot of replay value and the songs are really fun and pleasant, as opposed to irritating and overly repetitive.

    Those are the words that lovable, furry, Grover Monster speaks in the morning, waking everybody up in the wonderful kingdom of Sesame, including Cinderelmo, a cute little red monster who lives with his friend, Zoe, his dog, Prince, his not-so-mean stepmother (played by Kathy Najimy) and her sons. Cinderelmo dreams of playing at the palace with the lovely Princess Charming. Soon announced, there is to be a ball at the palace and all unmarried men and monsters are invited. Soon visited by his "fairy godperson," Cinderelmo is whisked away to the ball as well. When I had first seen this of TV, I loved it. I'm a big fan of Sesame Street as it is. I only wish that Big Bird had a bigger role in it. Either way, it was a good film. Kathy Najimy was superb as the stepmother. If you have little children who have or haven't seen CINDERELMO, don't miss out on getting the video. I surely won't!

    This is my 2 year olds favorite movie..This is a Sesame Street version of Cinderella Starring Elmo ..He has two step brothers and a wicked stepmother played by Kathy Ejani..She is funny..Elmo wants to go to the ball and dance with the princes ..When his stepmother tells him he can't go because he is too dirty, His fairy Godperson comes to save the day...This has great music a lot of dancing and many famous faces..This is my favorite version of Cinderella yet!!

    in december i turned on the t.v. expecting to catch my favorite show, and horrors! it had been pre-empted by Cinderelmo! Feeling like a couch potato, i chose not to turn the channel....and boy did i have fun! this 45 yr old got to be a kid again, but still enjoyed the clever play on words that the muppets are so good at. i found myself thoroughly enjoying even the silly songs. your kids will love it, and you will too. it could easily become a classic like "A Charlie Brown Christmas".

    A postively delightful treat for the youngsters, with plenty of jibes thrown in that only the adults will get. Keri Russel is friendly on the eyes and Oliver Platt has a blast. No one is too mean, but nothing is too sappy. The humor is reverant, but kid-friendly. How do the Henson folks do it so consistently? Buy this; your toddler will love it, and it won't drive you insane.

    My daughter, who just turned 1, has been an Elmo fan for a little while now. This is the only thing with Elmo that she doesn't like. She wouldn't watch more than 5 minutes of it. It's much different from other of his videos. It's more scripted and less animated than his normal segments. I think it would be more popular with 2 or 3 year olds, especially if they're familiar with Cinderella. I loved it and am saving it. I'm sure my daughter will warm to it in the upcoming months.

    I am 17 months old and I loves this movie, I get my mommy and daddy to play it for me at least once a day and I just gets mesmerized. Now Elmo is all I talk about.

    This movie is another great addition to the collection of Elmo DVD's I've purchased for my two parrots. They love to watch movies and seem to like Sesame Street and especially like Elmo. They actually talk back to him when he says, "Hello". I find his voice a little annoying after a time, but I guess it's the animated voice with lots of different tones that they like. He's also a very lively character along with Grover, Kermit, Cookie Monster, Bert, and Ernie, the rest of the Sesame Street cast. The songs, as always in Sesame Street, are fun and entertaining.

    The movie is 50 minutes long which is nice because many of the other Sesame Street movies are only half an hour. And as soon as the movie ends and the titles start to roll, the parrots start screaming for me to come and put on another movie. So longer is better. This is a particularly cute story based on Cinderella with lots of liberties taken with the story. The "people" actors, Keri Russell, Kathy Najimy, Caroll Spinney, French Stewart, Oliver Platt do a good acting job and make the movie entertaining even for adults. They interact well with the puppets making the whole thing sort of believable. It seems like the sort of movie that children without feathers (as in human children) would enjoy too. It's colorful, has lots of movement and characters with cute voices who talk to the kids (or parrots) and get them involved in the story. I think that is one of the reasons the birds stay interested in Sesame Street, whereas they often ignore cartoons after a while and go off to some other area of their room and play with toys. With this movie they sit on the perches closest to the screen and actually watch for a long time.

    I'm sure this will become one of the favorites in the Sesame Street collection and Elmo is endearing, as always. Two thumbs up!

    This is one of my favorite kids movies! My husband, as well! Our kids are teenagers, but we decided to buy another copy, so we would be sure to have one for future grandchildren or nieces or nephews. I am not typically drawn to muppet type movies, but I like this one a lot because there are human actors and actresses as well, and well, the movie is just FUNNY! There are lots of silly jokes and physical comedy the kids will enjoy, but there are also plenty of jokes for grownups! This was one movie I did not mind my kids bugging me to watch again and again when they were toddlers. I highly recommend getting this movie! If you do not laugh through it, you need to watch it again!
