    After shaking content profusely before pouring in toilet tank (not bowl), flush & wait overnight (or 4-hrs.) before next flush, as instructed. Repeated this process for 8 consecutive nights, almost emptied the entire bottle @ 99%, but there was still an odor so I gave up! Didn't pour anymore of the solution in the tank out of frustration. However, 2 days later, all such odors have completely disappeared. I was stunned! Perseverance paid off. I imagine based on the volume of built-up bacteria in the pipes, it took longer/several days for the enzymes to dissolve the junk and eliminate the odors.

    Bottle cap was cracked upon arrival due to faulty packaging. There was moisture on the outside of the bottle, although the seal appeared intact. Substituted cap from another bottle to secure the content. 鶹 refunded the entire cost of the item due to damage & leakage.

    Le produit sent bon et est probablement efficace mais la grosse bouteille a été expédiée sans aucune protection, la bouteille a été déposée telquel dans la boîte contenant un article électronique, et comme la boîte était assez grande et bien la bouteille s'est promenée assez dans la boîte pour se briser et couler.

    Donc la boîte de mon appareil électronique a été détrempée, heureusement l'appareil ne semble pas avoir été endommagé par le liquide. Mais il ne reste même pas la moitié de la bouteille que je me suis empressée de transvider dans une autre bouteille vide.

    Vraiment déçue car on parle quand même de près de 40,00$ jetée à l'eau.
