I love this mop!!
I had read many reviews and watched you tube videos prior to purchasing. Some people had said they didn't like that the mop initially only got wet half way up. I actually prefer this.and think it's fine because it prevents over saturation when using the mop on Marble and Hardwood. As you mop it gets wet enough.
I love that the dirty water is separated and that it is sturdy enough to remove the water from the mop. It does a good job with the claws pulling out the debris and dirty water. It is small and compact, not heavy and easy to store. I have the XL and its perfect.
I really like the drain plug as it makes it easy to drain out the dirty water. I drain it in the sink and just pull the plug and it all pours out so easy.
The pad is nice and soft and absorbent and leaves my floors sparkling. It's a nice feature to have the extra pads. I used one pad on floors and one on my backsplash. It shined the marble and made that job so much easier. It worked beautifully using a clean pad.
The handle is strong and is the same length as most other mops on the market. I like the addition of an extension that you can add if you are tall or if you need to reach under a bed and need extra length in order to clean. This is very helpful.
As a design improvement, and I am not sure how the company would incorporate this, but I would suggest a way for the pad to cover the plastic edges on the sides of the mop itself so when you are mopping the plastic doesn't rub along the baseboard and scrape off the paint. If the pads covered the edges then you could run the mop along the baseboard and furniture bases to clean the space and the soft pad would protect the baseboard and furniture from scraping of paint or stain. This also would protect stairs from having the stain get rubbed along the back of each step. I would also build into the from of the bucket two enclosed wheels, so if you wanted to tip and pull the bucket you could wheel it rather than lifting it up. Not.a big deal but may be an added feature that you could use or not use.
The color is great. Grey and White. Nice and crisp and pleasant to look at.
