The installation process gave me such a headache! I booked a professional hvac to have him Install this product for me, in which he was having such a difficulty installing the accessories, due to unable to pair with the product. One inside unit I received was actually broken with leakage problem. After contacting this seller, They agreed to sent me a new inside unit, BUT have me paying the extra shipping fee. Which is totally unfair! Not to mention having to pay double the money for the professional hvac to install it at different date for me. Not a pleasure purchase! Would not recommend.

    I got the 3 ton unit for a 1000 sq ft wood frame garage in south Florida. It's overkill, but I wanted something that would cool fast when I want to work out there. A friend and I did the mechanical installation of the air handlers. We finally figured out we were missing some adapters for the lines to the compressor, but an email to Senville got them shipped right away. I had an electrician do the wiring, and got an HVAC guy to do the start up. The HVAC guy shortened the lines and pumped them down. He didn't get the low voltage wiring right, though, and the Senville tech support was very helpful via email in diagnosing and solving the problem.
    I was skeptical if the WiFi feature would work, but it does, and it's great. From my phone I can start/stop both air handlers and set the temp. I can also use the remotes inside the garage. Both the indoor and outdoor units are very quiet, and inside I can only tell the air handlers are on because I can see the large temp display on their fronts.
    I've since foamed the underside of the roof with 5" of insulation, and the combo makes the garage a great place to work.

After the machine worked for a few hours, the room stopped cooling. After half an hour of shutting down, it restarted and started cooling again. After a few hours, it stopped cooling again.     So I just had this installed in my cabin. I have a 2200 sq foot cabin with the main great room 36x 20 with 18 ft ceilings. I mainly wanted a secondary heat source for my wood burning stove and a air conditioning unit for the summer for the great room. I called the company and asked about what I was thinking about getting and how to install it with the high ceilings. I picked the 36,000 BTU dual zone and put them on each end of the room. I was told that size was would work fine. The actually said the 24, 000 unit would work for the great room if that is all I was planning on using it for but I wanted a little extra just in case. They also said to install them at 10-14 ft high. So I bought the 36,000 btu dual zone. Had one zone on each side of the room and they are 12.5 feet high. The problem I have is that it heats the upper part fine but doesn't get down to the floor. When I go up about 3 steps I can feel the temp difference. It is about 10 degrees or more. The upstairs is perfect. Unfortunately the lower level is not. I have turned on my ceiling fans which help push the heat down and that has helped but I don't feel that should be necessary. I have played with the different louver settings but it doesn't seem to help. Also I need to keep the blower on full blast or it is even cooler. I'm quite frustrated.
