    take two at bedtime...in the morning you will have a normal bowel movement....unless you have been bunged up for awhile....in that case take two cups of prune juice upon waking...NOT...before you go to bed...then stay close to a toilet.....you won't have much leeway notice........the senokot is for a more normal bowel movement to be used in moderation..
