    From my experience, this Senokot laxative and stool softener is a perfect combination. It is much better than taking a laxative or a stool softener separately, as the combination is very effective. Unless you’re on restrictive fluids, drink lots of water.

    Suggest the first day to try one tablet, and if it is not effective, take two tablets.
    If you are taking any other laxative or stool softener, you may want to stop them and then try this combination tablet.

    As with all medication n, if you have any concerns before starting this, do check with your doctor.
    If you’re on restricted fluids again check with your doctor.

    I make sure that I do not run out of this product as it is perfect for me.

    Was recommended to me by pharmacy after my C section. Safe for breastfeeding the Senocot S is a stool softener and laxative where the other one is only one of them. These were okay but restrolax worked better in my opinion.
