This is my 2nd pair. 2nd time now where ive plugged in my headphones while my pc is on full volume and the headset turns very muted/muffled. I was able to fix it last time by just raising and lowering the balance under device properties but this time it didnt fix. I still have my old pair of game ones and those work if I plug in(also never had this issue with those). Not sure what the deal is but its pretty annoying. I emailed the epos sennheiser support and got no help , just a "talk to us form the place you bought it" well the place i bought it directed me to you... Dont expect any customer service .

J'utilise ce casque depuis près d'un an, et je suis absolument conquis, la qualité sonore est digne d'un casque audiophile, autant pour les jeux que pour la musique, c'est un régal.
Livré avec un câble de 3m double jack et un câble monojack d'1m, il peut s'utiliser aussi bien sur PC, que sur consoles, voir même sur un smartphone afin de profiter de la qualité du son sur tous types de support.
Le casque est léger à porter et vraiment très confortable, il se fait littéralement oublier une fois en place sur votre tête.
Les matériaux sont également de qualité, l'ensemble vieillit très bien et cela ne bouge pas dans le temps.
Les oreillettes en velours, et la conception ouverte sont un vrai plus pour une utilisation dans une endroit calme, oublier le en revanche pour des parties en LAN, il vous faudrait de préférence un casque fermé, car vous entendez ce qui se passe autour de vous si vous n'avez pas de sons dans le casque.
On peut également démonter les mousses des oreillettes afin de les laver, ce qui est très pratique, et cela est très simple.
La spacialisation et la largeur de scène sonore sont vraiment impressionnantes, ce casque sera votre allié le plus précieux sur les jeux types FPS , aucun bruit de pas ne vous échappera ! L'immersion est vraiment très bonne grâce à la conception ouverte, on croirait parfois entendre des sons venant de chez nous, alors que tout est dans le jeu.
Je conseille ce casque a tous les gamers qui recherchent un casque confortable et de qualité que l'on peut porter même 10h par jour sans ressentir la moindre gêne, le prix est certes un peu élevé (payé 147€) mais il les vaut largement, la réputation de Sennheiser en terme d'audio n'est plus à faire.
C'est pour moi l'un des meilleurs casque que j'ai pu essayer, et que je compte garder encore un bon moment !

My Sennheiser PC363s broke after 6 years after pretty much daily use so I needed new set. I tried a Razer Blackshark 2 and a SteelSeries Arctis 7, both for around a week before settling on these Sennheiser Game One headsets.

The sound quality is superior to either of these to my ears, even with this being an open design. The sound is not as "tinny" as those other 2 headsets and seems both more natural and more detailed to me; the Sennheiser are better than the Razer and SteelSeries for gaming and way better for music. I think the sound is probably even better than my old Sennheiser PC363s that cost twice as much.

The "lift up to mute" mic is surprisingly handy, firstly it is obvious when you are muted and are you are live, secondly you can get it out of the way when not talking - or when eating a snack. Recorded sound quality on the mic seems clear with no glaring problems. Volume control on the ear is convenient. This headset can go surprisingly loud if you really want to rock out.

Windows recognised the headset with no issues and no “extras” need to be installed – looking at you Razer.

I have a large sized head and this head set is snug but comfy. The open back design helps with keeping your ears cool. The fabric ear pads are OK but I find they can soak up sweat during very hot summer months and then are a bit unpleasant. I will be swapping these out for some Geekria Comfort Velour Replacement Ear Pads as soon as I can, I had these on my old PC363s as replacements and they are great.

The Game One has a 3.5mm jack but I found it worked fine with the USB adaptor that came with the PC363, I assume any such adaptor would work if you needed a USB headset.
