    I absolutely love the See-Thru Accurate Positioning and Marking Sewing Clear Ruler 2 x 18 inch!     My favorite ruler, hands down. Made of thick plastic so it's durable, yet it's slightly flexible so It can go around a curve if needed. One perk I didn't know about until later is that there are small holes down the center of the ruler so you can put a pen in to make circles. And since they are spaced an inch apart, you can make any radius circle up to the length of the ruler.
