Head tears while scrubbing with handle
This product works and cleans the grill real nice but there's one weak spot on the head itself. When the head is attached to the handle and you are using force to clean the grille it tears at the clamping point of the head.. I had to take the head off the handle and scrub by hand to make it work as intended. Don't get me wrong it did an incredible job when I scrubbed by hand but there's just no point to use the head with the big handle if it's going to break.

    I bought this thinking it was probably a gimmick but sounded too good to not give it a try.
    It works like a charm. Best BBQ cleaning tool I have ever used. I wanted to keep my brand new Napoleon BBQ like new for as long as I can.
    It does take some time and it will use additional gas as you have to heat it up again before you clean.
    I don't think it would work for Iron Cast but it works extremely well for Stainless Steel.
    My BBQ grates look almost brand new. I clean both sides of them otherwise only the top would remain clean. It is worth the extra effort.
