I’m using this in the Pacific coast of Canada in October because it’s been warm. Not sure if it will survive winter or not but it would be a product I would purchase again. Picture shows new growth from within a two week period of application, growing steady despite the season.

    If you follow the directions on the package this works well. My husband just tossed it on top of dead grass and that did not work (he did not read the directions of course). You need to dig up the dead grass and turn the soil a bit and water well of course. Pretty minimal effort and that did the trick. Grass is coming in nicely now.

    This stuff works and quickly when the area to be seeded is prepared as suggested. Only a few days after seeding there was a really nice growth of new grass seedlings. I recommend it highly for grass areas killed by dog urine.
