    I have upgraded my star level to 5. Although I stand behind my assessment of the pads I must say I am EXTREMELY impressed by their customer service. You can buy this product with 100% confidence.

    I am a professional house cleaner and always up for trying something new to make my work easier. I LOVE the mop overall but unfortunately I find the material of these pads less absorbant than I had expected. I am hoping after a few washes they soften up a bit.
