Saphir Renovateur-Luxury Leather Care Balm-1.7 Fl/oz.
Renovateur is essential for the maintenance of our leather dress shoes and sneakers.
Having used it on both current leather shoes and Thrift Store leather dress shoes, I can say that this product does it's job well.
Especially noticeable on the older and drier leather of the Thrift Store shoes.
We need to remove any dust or dirt with a brush and/or damp cloth before applying. Wipe the shoe dry.
When applying Renovateur, just a little dab will do. Really, use less than you might imagine!
Try a drop the size of a dime for one shoe. Let sit for at least 3 minutes or LONGER if you wish.
Buff the hazy finish with horse-hair brush or cotton cloth. An old T-shirt is the perfect cloth for this job.
I get enthusiastic and sometimes do a second conditioning on shoes that I feel could use it.

This is Saphir's "Beaute du Cuir" (Leather Beauty) Renovateur (Renovator).
Just as effective as their "Medaille d'Or" (Gold Medal) Renovateur but a slightly different formula and not carrying the gold medal designation from the 1925 International Exposition held in Paris.
Having used both, I can recommend this product wholeheartedly.
And the Price! I haven't found a better price anywhere.
