I had low expectations, but I'm quite pleased with the product. Good value. The handles screw in nice and tightly, and there's a metal loop around the end of one handle to latch it to the other, keeping the thing tightly closed while you're toasting. The unit is maybe cell phone sized, perfectly good size for an average slice of bread. I had a smaller than average bread and had to cut a cheese stick in half. Made a nice simple lil toasty, cheesy snack in about 3 minutes over my stove burner!
