I'm not some crazy handyman around the house, and mostly stick to doing light jobs. A little light carpentry, some drywall repair, putting up the occasional shelf, etc. These sanding blocks have been very handy for fixing some of my "oopsies", working very well for sanding down drywall patches or bits of rough wood where my lacklustre woodworking skills need to be hidden. I don't expect they'd be great for pros, but for someone like me, they're perfect. The grit of the sandpaper is printed on the side of the block, so it's really easy to know what coarseness you've grabbed at any point. The flexibility is good for sanding things like corners.

This is a great little pack of sanding pads. I put a 220 grit to work right away and was impressed by how long it lasted, and how well it worked on the corner of a board I was trying to slightly radius. The foam bends nicely, and the grit feels as stated. Each pad also has the grit level stamped on the end which is very handy.
One unusual aspect of these is that they are quite a bit smaller than other pads I've used. I could go both ways on this. On the one hand, you're more likely to touch the work piece with your hand and potentially get a sliver - on the other hand, they are very easy to hold and actually less work to sand with. If you're going at rough hemlock, it might be worth putting on a glove, but otherwise i think these are great and will order again as needed.

I got these sanding blocks for simple projects around the house. I’ve never used sanding blocks before, have only ever used flat sanding paper.

From my point of view, these make sanding so much easier than flat sandpaper. It gives you something to grip on and felt decently soft almost like a hard sponge with a gritty exterior.

You get five grit varieties between 60 and 220. I thought the roughest would form a rough surface, but when it came to sanding paint, it actually felt quite smooth. Using the 220 grit would definitely make it softer. I was surprised it didn’t break apart easily and actually held its shape firmly.

I like that on the end of each sponge, they clearly mark the grit level unlike some sandpapers. For the simple projects I’ll be using them for, they do the job and I’m happy with the quality.

Used these to sand some grooves into some 3D printed keycaps I had made, the finish is smooth enough for my needs & these blocks will last me many projects to come.

They don't feel super cheap, & I was able to cut them into smaller sizes no problem.

Overall, pretty satisfied with them. I will be using them a bunch throughout the coming months.
