    When i got this phone I was impressed. It looked 95% brand new with one slight blemish. I had read reviews that these refurbished phones have cheap replacement parts. I found out the hard way this is true. Ive had it now for about 4 months and my Main complaint is the battery is terrible. it is worse than my old Samsung s 20 fe that I had for 3 years and had treated horribly, and likely any phone ive had in the past. The first time the battery died I realized that there was a bug with booting the phone, it wouldn't show the charging precent and the phone would not turn on. I had to learn how to launch the phone in a special mode and then the phone would start charging normally from 0%. This isn't always easy to do, especially if the phone died away from home or I was in a hurry. I thought it was a charger or software issue originally but updates and different chargers havnt fixed the problem and I have to make sure the phone never dies. It will randomly bug out in some apps and freeze/ or crash. I'm sure the phones quality Samsung battery has been replaced with a cheap replacement.

    Overall very dissapointed with this phone. I use my phones for everything and keep them for around 3 years. I'm certain I won't be able to do that with this one. I 100% would of rather spent the extra money and bought new, or even found a used phone without junk parts.

    I ordered an s21 ultra 128g refurbished in the acceptable condition..and based on what the legend said acceptable is I'm expecting a poor quality phone for 300 bucks but it had very little paint chip by charger port that's it otherwise it was in perfect condition...didn't get original box and they through in a non Compatible charger from the 1st generation of non fast charging blocks 1Amp 5volt when it needs a 25w lol but the phone is what u pay for so.worth what u get thank u

    The phone works, but only if you use Samsung "s" pen. The screen can not be used with your finger.
    It would be a pain to exchange as it's a work phone, and would take a couple of weeks to return, get a new one, re initialize. The screen was replaced on. This one, done poorly, not tested.

    I got this phone last week. It was in perfect physical condition. Despite the phone being "unlocked" it came with a bright pink T-Mobile startup screen. It had T-Mobile apps on it that were not removable. It did work on my carrier, which is not T-Mobile, but it was unfortunate that T-Mobile couldn't be be purged from it.

    Setup went great, and the phone worked well with my carrier. However, after a couple of hours, the phone restarted on its own. When it started up, it showed my sim card wasn't being recognized. The phone locked up after about 1 minute, and restarted again. After the next restart I managed to shut down the phone, and I pulled the sim card. I tested it in my old phone and it worked, so I reinstalled it. I restarted it again, and the phone again didn't recognize I had a sim installed, locked up after about 1 minute, and restarted. It kept going in this restart loop over and over.

    So, I rate this 1 star. It seemed good, because the phone was in pristine, like new condition. But, the fact that it still had T-Mobile branding and apps in it that could not be removed was upsetting. A bright pink startup screen looks crappy. Then, the phone wound up not actually working after a few hours, which was obviously a deal breaker. It was disappointing.

    That being the case, I returned it, but I'm giving them another chance. This is probably just a lemon. I have ordered other refurbished phones and they were fine. So, my replacement is coming on Friday. I'll evaluate how that purchase goes, then.
