I was worried their definition of "excelent" condition and mine were going to be polar opposites. I expected the odd scuff or ding, but what I got was completely unexpected.

Upon opening the box, the phone looked like it could have beeb taken right out of the official box and placed in the plain white it shipped in.

Outside of very minor ding around the camera lens, nowhere near the actual lens, there was nothing visually wrong with the phone.

So far the battery health seems to be fantastic, I will see in a weeks time if that is the case and my battery health app can confirm.

Was factory reset upon arrival and worked with my provider (Rogers). It does not overheat when charging, and as I stated above, it truly looks and feels like it was taken from it's original box and placed into a plain white box.

Would recommend.

This thing was released a year after my phone. And although the cost was the same. Its quickly obvious that samsung made an inferior product. The screen is the only part that is better than my original phone when it comes to how it runs. This thing does what I need it to do and handle basic games well enough. But it is loaded with so many preinstalled apps that are not needed that it probably affects its performance. Don't forget the battery. I know its a used phone. But the battery on this thing barely last an hour. My plan one I get my new phone is to turn this into a portable mini console. As it has the ability to connect to external monitors. And for that I am happy with this purchase. I've already tested it and works great for this purpose. I will update in a few months when I get it up and running full time.
