    The "sand" feature of this nail polish is definitely different and interesting. Although unique, I don't personally love it and here's why:
    It literally feels like sand on your nails! But the main reason I don't love it, it's dull and I like my nails to be shiny.

    I do like the color (Desert Ruby) and the shimmer. But I don't love the sand.

    It's a bit hard to tell in a photo, but all nails have 2 coats (1 coat was way too sheer), and my middle nail is the only one that I applied a top coat. I like how this looks much better. Note: it still feels rough like sand, but not AS rough as the others. And I like the shine!

    This polish is a really pretty shade of pink/red color, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. It's pretty sheer, but two coats gives a good amount of color. It goes on shiny, but dries down pretty flat and almost with a gritty texture. This would be a cool polish for different nail art, but would probably not be great on its own. The brush is a good size and easy to use.

    I love Sally Insta-Dry! It's my go-to product when I don't have a lot of time. The Desert Sand color is a hot-pink-berry color with just a hint of coral. The pictures do not do it justice - it is very, very sparkly! As with most metallic nail polishes, it's a little on the thin side; I needed to apply at least 3 coats to really see the color. It's definitely a fun summer color!
