I got this primarily for picking up pet hair in my truck and for the furniture at home . I did try it on my shirt but I found it really doesn't work well on thin fabrics. It's better suited to carpet or upholstery. The plastic comb thingy did absolutely nothing on anything I tried it on. I do like the fact you get 2 in the package. I leave one at home, and keep one in my vehicle. The process of pulling the fur out of the rug is fast, efficient and I'm not going to lie, kind of fun. Especially when you do it AFTER vacuuming and you see how much you missed. Considering the price point of this device, I would say it's worth the money. It does work. It's not a miracle and does require a few passes to clean effectively, but it gets the job done.
