Keep your little explorer safer while at home with Safety 1st Furniture Straps. Toddlers often see furniture as a fun jungle gym, but their efforts to climb up can throw even heavy pieces off balance. These sturdy straps secure your furniture to the wall and help prevent your climbing child from accidentally tipping things over.
Durable woven straps secure furniture to wall
Ideal for bureaus, book cases, shelf units, and armoires
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on 鶹. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
The screws are too short (1 3/16”), whereas Consumer Reports recommends at least 2” screws to securely fasten the strap into a wood stud. There are also reviewers complaining about the strength of the screw. I think it can be a false sense of security using the provided screws for fastening the straps into the wall, so I have to give this 1 star.
Very happy with this. Attached to a bureau/change table combo and I feel like that safer for my Littles. Great value and a must have if you have little ones that climb.
Not the typical use, but I needed to secure our two cat trees to the wall so that my toddler and preschooler would stop pulling them out into the center of the room, and also so that they didn't wobble so when our largest cat jumped up to the top.
These worked perfectly and we've used the in the past to secure heavier furniture, so I know they work for that as well. They're easy to install, and really, every piece of furniture in any house with children should be anchored.

My hubs is picky about what he attaches to our walls. In our quest to save the grandkids from pulling our tall organizer bin cabinets (keep their toys in the bins in my craft room) over just in case they decide to climb up them, he used these to firmly attach the two cabinets to the wall. They can’t be seen which is aesthetically pleasing. They can be easily removed if we need to move the cabinets. And we like how the sheetrock anchors have given us peace of mind they will not pull out under duress.
