2024 update:
My roses were badly infected with black spot disease this year. I used this spray multiple times on my roses every 3 days as well as cut back diseased canes. It worked after a solid month of using this treatment regularly. The black spot growth has slowed and there is less signs of new diseases on the leaves.
The results won't be immediate and spraying requires the entire plant to be treated as the disease can jump to other healthier leaves.
The spray bottle is garbage. I end up just pouring the treatment in a separate commercial bottle which I use and is much better on the application.

This works to minimize damage from black spots and white powdery mildew. It requires multiple treatments over several days to see the immediate results. (if its bad, I do morning and evening, and for a few days)
I've used this on my roses and woodland phlox which are susceptible to being infected. Works well.
There could be more effective things out there for this, but this is the easiest and quickest solution when time constraints exists (ie: going to work, other priorities etc..)
