Set your TV's audio output to PCM format using the following path:
Device Main Page---System Settings---Picture and Sound---Sound Settings---Digital Audio Output---PCM/LPCM.
Suggestions:
1. Check that the optical fiber and coaxial ports are properly connected.
2. If you want to adjust the volume, you can try adjusting your own input or output device to increase or decrease the volume.
3. Try to avoid touching the RCA jacks when adjusting the volume to avoid annoying background noise.
4. Not compatible with 5.1-channel signals such as Dolby AC3. Try setting the digital audio output to PCM or LPCM.
5. If your output device is R/L type and there is no sound coming from the output device, you can try swapping the R/L connectors.
6. Do not use other plugs; it can only use a 5V 1A socket.
