    For a small machete this thing isn't bad at all, the saw back is usable, the machete itself looks to be a full tang, I guess I need to take the grips off to see for sure overall but what do you want for under $20. It weighs less than a hatchet and I believe you could take this backpacking in place of a hatchet and be just fine.
