    I use it to build mountain biking trails. At full speed it will easily cut 1/2 inch 12 mm brush. It will chop its way through double the size roots or branches but it takes a while. I also use it to cut out roots along the trail. Does not get dull like a chain saw because it was never sharp. Much better than the knock offs. It is heavier than the knock offs. The extra enertia helps chop through the larger material
