Definitely worth the buy.
I had to buy a new mouth guard because my dog got a hold of mine that I got from my dentist.
I didn’t want to pay a visit, wait weeks to get a brand new one, & pay $60+ for a new one.
So, I decided to try some on 鶹. The others I’ve tried were not it. They were too thick, bulky and flimsy.
I personally like the hard mouth guards that hold its shape so they can fit nice and snug.
And this one was just that! When it molds to your teeth and settles it becomes hard like a retainer.
I found that molding it to your teeth and keeping it there until it turns white was the best way to do it. I focused on the front teeth then I dipped the plastic just the molar part back in hot water and molded the molars separately.
They are comfortable and easy to sleep with, definitely worth the buy.
I will say though, I do have a small mouth so if your able to get a bigger size if they offer that then I would recommend that for someone who has ALL of their adult teeth.
