Product description

Clipless pedals allow riders to push and pull on their pedals which increases pedaling power and efficiency making climbing and pedaling at high speeds much easier. The Shimano PD-EH500 SPD/Platform Bike Pedals are one-sided SPD pedals that have a platform pedal on the other side. These pedals are perfect for road touring and commuting and are great for those days when you don't want to suit up with your cycling kit and shoes to ride. You can use regular shoes for the platform side and your cycling shoes for the other side. The flat side has better grip for wet conditions and the clip side has a light action binding that makes frequent stepping-in and out easier.
