  • iCUE is required for initial setup and to fully unlock all of Envision's features. However, Envision is functional without iCUE running after the initial installation and many features, like hardware button mappings, still function normally.

  • The Envision is only compatible with PC (Windows 10+).

    It is not compatible with OS or Linux.

    For the controller to be recognized and work on your computer, you need iCUE for the driver that works with your controller.

  • The Envision Pro has a built-in battery. The battery should last around 19 hours with normal use. The Envision does not have a battery and does not need one. It only runs off of direct power from the PC to the controller via USB-C.

  • Yes, you can use Thumbstick Grips Tactic, Thumbstick Grips Catalyst, Thumbstick Grips Pulse.

  • We offer different thumbstick sizes:

    Short Concave - 24x24x16mm, Short Domed - 24x24x19mm

    Long Concave - 24x24x20mm, Long Domed - 24x24x22mm
