These are perfect when you are pulling something out of the toaster oven or regular oven and need it to sit and cool off before consuming. Lightweight, but very strong, and rigid. I have to say these racks do NOT have folding legs as shown in the video, but are the first type with a "leg" integrated into the rack via a bend in the wire. I am not sure what the video is about, but it is not for this rack set. Just beware.

I needed some more cooling racks for when I go a little nuts and decide to have a cookie baking marathon, so I was really happy to find these.
They are REALLY well made! Like, every weld is perfect and it's completely coated (no chips or dings at all to expose metal).
The are also surprisingly strong. You obviously don't want to set something heavy right in the center as it would definitely warp/bend due to the design of these, but the thicker edge gives great support.

These are slightly smaller than my old cooling racks, but can still comfortably fit 8 very large (almost saucer sized) cookies, so 40 cookies across the 5 racks, which is definitely more than a batch makes!
