Bonne conception, comfortable, pratique.
Je suggère de couper toute ce qui dépasse derrière le hardcase pour que velcro sois bien a plat et de laver après avec un dégraisseur puissant comme du xylène avant de coller le velcro. J'adore

Best Hard-Case Backpack Solution
I had been looking at rolling backpacks for a while but didn't find exactly what I wanted. I've been quite happy with my Nanuk rolling hard-case, and had a separate backpack for when I needed the mobility, but a recent trip made me realize how much equipment I almost destroyed with one major spill (luckily I recovered) - which wouldn't have been an issue if I had my hardcase on my back instead of my softer backpack. This checks all the right boxes. It fits my Nanuk, it's comfortable (yes even for someone with back problems like me), has padding in all the right places, and gives me the extra piece of mind that my equipment is well protected even while sitting on my back. The straps are height adjustable - I lowered mine so that the case sits higher on my back, and I also like the fact that the hip straps are removable - I always remove them if I can on any of my backpacks. Great idea, great product! Oh and Rucpac's support has been top notch!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product - Musthave
Verified PurchaseNormally I don’t write reviews, but for a product that is so thought through and has so few reviews, I like to do that.
Mainly I need my equipment in caves and steep cliff faces. There I need the best protection, recently I used backpacks and bags to carry my stuff around, which is not on the top of protection level.
A similar system from a competitor (which by the way cannot be open while attached) was not suitable for me, this is basically the only system that fits to all my cases and my back, which is another point. The foam is comfy and let me carry my cases around like a backpack.
The RucPac Pro is perfect for me, only the fact that in certain movements the velcro can make some sound of pulling apart.
Just after testing the system I can say its not a problem. Hanging upside down on a rope or crawling through tight holes with the case on the back is not a problem. It stays in place.
I’m really pleased with the quality and the sturdiness of the straps. It makes a huge difference being able to open the case while still attached.
In short it is the best solution so far for taking your cases on a journey.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great modification for ease of carrying
Verified PurchaseReally well designed attachment for your case making it far more versatile for bringing equipment off the beaten path. The construction of the strapping and padding is very comfortable with adjustment possible to the shoulder straps for torso length. The harness is easy to remove if you wish to wheel the pack also. Helpful information from the seller

5.0 out of 5 stars producto de alta calidad.
Voy a añadir correas.
A probar en accion...

5.0 out of 5 stars Really good
Verified PurchaseThe RucPac is quite a genius idea and design, it fits perfectly on my Peli 1535. It is pretty comfortable and easy to add and remove. The only finicky part are the two top straps for the top handle of the hard case. I added two carabiners to the straps because it takes some time to fiddle the straps through the clip. With a carabiner you can attach the RucPac in a couple seconds.

5.0 out of 5 stars Game changer for pelican case fans
Verified PurchaseI’m usually pretty hesitant to write reviews for products after owning them for only a relatively short period of time, but this RucPak Pro has been a game changer for me. I’ve been using it for a couple months now, and having ability to turn my Pelican 1535 air, which usually can only be rolled around, into a fully functional backpack makes everything about carrying around a pelican case that much easier. I work on film sets, and I often have to lug around a lot of pelican cases at once…or make several trips. But having one of them on your back allows for a more streamlined workflow when on the move. Plus, the size of the cushioning on this pro version, which covers the entire length of a 1535 air case, from top to bottom, makes it surprisingly comfortable. I was a little nervous about the rock-hard edges of the pelican case somehow getting in the way and making it uncomfortable, but I have never had a single issue. From my understanding, the first generation RucPac straps were uncomfortable because the case just rubbed against your back with no protection….but if that was the case, it has been fixed with this new pro version. The shoulder straps are also pretty thick, and wide, so it makes it more comfortable than you would think. I think most people buy pelican cases for a reason… Because you want to protect your gear, even from the elements. In the past, having that protection has come at a cost of functionality and portability. However, the RucPac pro really helps to bridge that gap, and makes your pelican a great traveling case, even in remote locations.
The only negative I would say about this case is that it relies on thick velcro strips to prevent the case from swinging. Sometimes, when bending over or twisting, you can hear some of the Velcro start to pull away, almost like the case may swing off. I realize that the options for securing the case to the back pad are limited (I think early models allowed for you to put a strap around the wheels at the bottom of the case…but that would be a nightmare for when you want to quickly disconnect). Keep in mind, the case is always securely locked into the RucPac at the top of the case, as a set of straps loops around the top handle….but the rest of the case remains in position by the Velcro, and that makes it feel a little uneasy at times. I’ve never once actually had the case swing off the padding, but it’s has felt like it came close once or twice.
Lastly, I’d also say the the price for what you are getting is perhaps a little steep, and should come down a bit. Instead of $150, this would be better suited for a price tag of $85-$100, max. I have a second Pelican 1535 air case that I would love to equip with a RucPac, but I can’t justify spending another $150 for an already expensive pelican case.
Overall, it’s a great purchase. I highly recommend it!
