One of the wooden screw in handles and one Blue spacer ring that fits on the end of the roller are both missing. This was fairly dissapointing, especially after having it in my hands after only 2 days! The method of returning or asking for replacement parts is confusing at best, but the Courier was very good to initiate the return and process the fefund.
This review is definitely not to make the product look bad, in fact I think it looks like a very good product,

UPDATE,
I was happy to see the speedy approval and processing of the refund, so I re-ordered the rolling pin. There was a note on the ordering page that said that there were nine rollers in stock, but after committing to purchase, there was a problem with shipping and that a "delay" was holding it up.
As I was reviewing to basically complain some more, I received my delivery confirmation email, so now I can't say anything bad!
Thank you to the manufacturer, I am happy and impressed with the now seemingly speedy and satisfying way you took care of the problem, and I don't mind to add that I was probably too quick to reasonably judge the process. I am definitely looking forward to receive a complete and well functioning product. I'm impressed!

The second order was also delayed agaIn, but was shipped 2 days later, at this point I 'm still happy that ay least it was shipped. I'm looking forward to getting my rolling pin hoping it is complete and not damaged or missing parts.

I'm not giving up, I'll wait! Everyone else has gotten their rolling pin, so I will wait to have it. The only thing that has changed is that I'm not impressed anymore. How can this order be so screwed up! Retaliation for my initial return of a roller that's missing parts and an unfavorable review?? I wouldn't think that normally but I'm not having any luck with this thing at all!

This rolling pin is large enough for a 12 inch large pizza. It has 4 thicknesses and I was able to use each thickness to evenly roll out all 4 thickness settings. I prefer using the handle because it made the task a lot easier and recommend getting a rolling pin with a handle. The handle is also removable so you have best of both worlds. The wood is lightweight smoothly polished; no splinters. It's also easy to clean and dry. I recommend wiping the rolling pin dry and not letting it air dry because that can damage the wood.
