Really nice stereo bar !

1) ORTF : the markings are 10-15-ORTF-20cm, so you know where to place the mics for ORTF technique.
2) XY : there's an easy way to place a mic higher than the other for XY miking technique (take a look at the picture).
3) SPACED PAIR : just place the mics at the 20cm markings.

Note : it's 3/8" threads instead of 5/8", so you need some little adapters to fit the standard 5/8" adapters (like the standard Shure ones). I buyed two On Stage MA200 5/8 male to 3/8 female screw adapter.
