I bought these because I saw a video of Dr. Oz saying grass-fed beef liver capsules are good to raise iron levels. My iron was low and I was always tired. The prescribed iron was hard on my tummy. I tried these and they were good. It took a while before they got my iron levels up but I was taking them consistently and my iron levels got better(evidence by lab results and increase in energy levels).

    I noticed a difference in my energy levels within hours of taking this and I’m almost done my first bottle and will definitely continue taking this supplement as it has made such a difference in my overall health. I’ve ordered the beef-organ supplement to try instead of just the liver tablets as I’ve read there are so many other benefits from consuming multiple organs than just the liver but this will always be a staple in my care routine now!

    I was diagnosed with low iron and recommended to take an iron supplement. The supplement that was suggested was costing approx $3 per tablet per day. After 60 days, I wasn't noticing any improvements on my symptoms and was feeling discouraged.

    I stumbled across the idea of taking beef liver for low iron. I had nothing to lose, and these tablets are half the price of my iron tablets. Within ONE DAY, (recommended dosage of 4 tablets) I noticed a huge increase in my energy. My neighbor even told me the colour in my face had improved.

    I am only one week in but am seeing such a difference in energy, hair loss, and weakness that I was struggling with due to the low iron.
