Don't waste your time. Product delivered promptly by �鶹�� and box and unit appeared in good condition, but the USB record function would not work. Contacted RipTunes support and as soon as he heard issue he knew of the problem and suggested it was caused in shipping and to return to �鶹�� and he promptly hung up. 30 second call not even an apology. Obviously the internal guts of this thing are beyond cheap and there are quality control issues. I regret wasting my time with this product even though I only had 10 cassettes to transfer to digital. Now this useless product has to be returned to USA through customs and UPS but it was shipped in Canada. AVOID!

I bought this primarily to convert a collection of family cassette tapes to digital format. I've tried some other players but nothing really did a good job with the conversion. This machine was the answer as it makes perfect mp3 files with no errors at all.
Also, the build quality is amazing. It is so lightweight yet very solid with a positive feel to all the controls.
This was very good value for the money.
