    The album is great and 5 stars for sure. This review is a cautionary tale that I ended up with good luck. 鶹 is shipping vinyl records in plastic shipping bags, no box, no bubble wrap, just a big baggie with loose vinyl albums. Corners get bent, covers get creased and then they end up at 鶹 Warehouse. Anyway. 鶹 Please stop shipping vinyl records in baggies.

    Love this album... always have.... but the basic, raw, and somewhat muffled sound is still there since the 1980's with no clear improvements, only those provided by a better sound equipment I have but not from the vinyl. Even Sepultura's Beneath the Remains have a much better sound.. with great instrument separation and detail... I know it is 5 year younger [1989] than Metallica's, but the mixing of RIDE is unimpressive. Black Sabbath albums from the 1970's sound much better. I was going to buy Master of Puppets next... but I think I won't anymore...
