Q: Why the blender stop working during use, I just use it several times? A: Our blender has overheating protection. It will stop working as self protection when the blender has been working continuously for too long time or blending with the ingredients overfilled or blending with high fiber or too hard food (over MAX line marked) . In such case, you can rest the motor for about 30-60 minutes for recovery.
Q: Why the blender cannot work when I press the button? A: Please note that the pulse button cannot work if the cup has not locked correctly. And it is a pulse button. Press and hold Pulse button for 15 to 30 seconds or pulse Pulse button until desired consistency, release to stop.
