Directions

Stock the ice pack in the freezer for at least 6 hours for cold therapy. Use it for 15-20 minutes at a time, with breaks of 1 to 1.5 hours in between. For heat therapy, place the ice pack in the microwave for 130 seconds, massage it, and reapply as needed. Always use a towel to protect the skin from direct contact with the ice pack.
