The nurses had to do at-home monitoring on me after giving birth. I showed them this and approved to soften my stool for hemorrhoid. It is indeed effective. Unlike laxatives, it didn’t give me watery stool but just soft. I like that because that’s more comfortable than feeling like you have an upset stomach. In preparing the drink, although it didn’t change the taste of the drink, the water became a little thicker. It did not mention in the description. But it dissolves completely and quickly.
