Smooth sailing - Less cramping
For years I have suffered from stomach cramps and irregular bowel movements. Dr's told me it was "Slow Gut Syndrome", and I just needed to drink more water. But I was already drinking twice the daily recommended amount of water. They said, "Well, just drink more." More! I already felt bloated enough, and having to go pee every hour, or less, was becoming too much. It was interfering with my performance during the work day. And at night, it was really affecting not only my sleep, but my family's too. Having to get up every hour caused for broken sleep and tiredness all day long. I HAD TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT One day I got to talking to a nutritionist who asked me a lot of questions different from all the doctors. They came up with a simple solution to all the pain and peeing I was suffering. Drink only the daily recommended amount of water plus a cup or two extra because of my size, and start adding Fiber to my daily diet. After all those questions asked, they recommended "RestoraFIBER" Daily Gummies. And man did it start making a difference. First off, I wasn't having pee every hour any more, day or night. The stomach pains subsided after about a week. And my bowel movements have become more regular, and less painful because my stools are no longer large and hard as rocks, but more peanut butter in consistency. There are lots of ways to increase your Fiber intake, but none as simple, or as tasty as taking two gummies twice a day.

    I’m a big fan of these. I’ve been victimized by my lack of adequate fibre consumption since childhood so try to stay on top of it, but sometimes even though I’m crushing chickpeas and water like a champ these days, I still fall short.

    Couple days of eating these and I’m right as rain again.

    Plus they taste so good! It’s like a bit of dessert and really helps with my cravings for candy. To the point that I’ve eaten a few too many once. I was real regular the next day lol but worth it!

    I eat 2-3 nightly most of the time (have it on a subscription now) and it keeps me from the awful bloat when you know it’s been a couple of days since you’ve gone.

    Will continue to reorder.

    I like the fact that they're gummies and won't turn into a glass full of 'jelly' like some products you mix with water....and taste orange... so that's the good part.

    Been using them (one a day) for a week and don't notice any difference at all, maybe it takes longer.

    Now the 'downside'...unlike all the other gummies I take (about 5 different ones)....they all have a nice taste and nice texture.... these have neither. They're a bit 'sticky' as opposed to chewey. Also, they have ..how to put this nicely.... a fragrance and hence taste of freshly dropped farm manure. Not being an expert in such farm related things, you can choose your favourite animal's dung. From the smell when you open it..to the taste in your mouth...... all I can say is ...MMMMMMMMMMoooooooove on to a different one maybe? I'm on the edge of returning these or throwing them out,..just can't stomach the farm fresh aroma much longer.

    I dunno...am I wrong?...
