    The instructions say to take 4 gummy's per day. I have chosen to take 2 as they seem to work very well. I don't get enough fibre in my diet and add the shift work to it, it compounds my problems. It takes some time to build up in your system (a few weeks or so) so as long as you don't expect overnight results you will be pleased with what it will do over time. I find the taste TERRIFIC, it is nice there is sugar (not a lot) in them instead of some form of sweetener. I highly recommend them as a daily fibre supplement.
