I tried full mask but it didn't work for me. Since I'm a side sleeper, this mask is night and day. The first night I tried it, I slept like a baby. I have no leaks and the pressure goes up to 10 instead of 14.8. The only thing you have to consider is if you sleep with your mouth open, this mask is not for you.

I did not like it and went back to my original nose pillow harness. I guess in a pinch, but would not use it every night. My hose was leaking air at the connection on top of the harness. If you sleep on your side, it will pinch the harness.
