UV RESIN KIT WITH LIGHT - UV resin kit designed to bond and repair small crafts, different from ordinary glue, it is equipped with low viscosity resin glue (2000 CPS) and a rechargeable UV flashlight (395nm wavelength), which is recyclable and environmentally friendly. Under normal conditions, the adhesive is in a liquid state, which allows for sufficient docking and bonding at the repair site. Until fully prepared, irradiate with a UV pen for 5 seconds to fully cure.
EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE - With advanced formula, the UV glue keeps in a clear liquid state. When it solidifies, the glue is odorless and no yellowing, and its mega adhesion makes the objects you repair appear natural and perfect. When the hardness after the glue cures is as high as 70D, the tensile strength reaches 15kg/cm², and the compressive strength reaches 20kg/cm².
SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS - The UV resin adhesive is suitable for bonding and repairing between small objects, such as resin, glass, plastic, acrylic, metals, ceramics and other materials.Common uses such as: glasses frame repair, resin trinket repair, teapot handle repair, etc.
EASY TO USE - First, we clean the wound of the repaired item, then squeeze out a small amount of glue and evenly apply it to the contact surface, then combine the two parts, and finally use an UV flashlight to irradiate the affected area for 5-10 seconds. Note that part of the adhered parts is preferably transparent, which will allow UV rays to evenly irradiate on the glue, resulting in a better curing effect.
