I have an assortment of Milwaukee 12 volt tools. They are very useful and more easily portable than their 18-20 volt counterparts. But the Milwaukee batteries are expensive. I spent 100 dollars on two of them at Home Depot about 18 months ago. So at 30 bucks for two, I figured I should give these a try, and I have not been disappointed.
They charged quickly and easily on my original Milwaukee charger. I have 2 12-volt chargers for Milwaukee batteries. One is a dedicated 12-volt charger, and the other charges both 12 and 18-volt Milwaukee batteries. These charge in both of those without any difficulty.
Battery life is decent. As with most after-market, off-brand batteries, they don't measure up to the OEM batteries in this regard. The original Milwaukee batteries last longer, but these last ALMOST as long, and are a mere fraction of the price. So I don't mind too much. I've only been using them for a little over a month, so I can't comment yet on longevity or how they will continue to hold a charge over time, but for 30 dollars, I don't think you can likely go wrong with these.
