I took a chance and purchased this because I just needed to replace the connector that holds the HumidX disks as it had cracked. Unfortunately it didn't work nearly as well as the original ResMed HumidX disk holder in terms of allowing the disk to provide humidification and my throat became very dry within an hour of wearing it (I was in a hotel in a very dry climate), which didn't happen with the original product. THat said it seemed very well made and didn't make nearly the same noise that the ResMed HumidX holder makes. The company was great and provided a full refund. If you are not in a very dry climate and don't use the HumidX disks, this might actually be an improvement over the orignal but if you do rely on the function of the HumidX (Plus) disks, this might not be for you, and you might prefer the original disk holder. However this part is detachable on both products, so you could easily use just that original part and replace the rest of P10 parts including headgear with this. Five star review because of the customer service provided and realize that my needs might be unique compared to most.
